As if I was not known for “celebrating” the 1st of April during the entire year, in the office (you can check that my Pranks category) and outside, today there’s an overdose of silly stuff I ended up doing. There’s a few more in my sleeve, so this post will get updated.

It’s quite common for us to always have chocolate in the kitchen (we are in Switzerland), so I contributed with this small “Bonbon” plate… and of course they are made of rubber:

After that I placed this rubber finger in the fridge, on top of the milk carton. It already produced a loud scream (as it did last year):

In the kitchen cupboard where we have the mugs, glasses and bowls, I just left this mouse (already produced screams… twice):

And so far the best one, and I am mad at myself because I forgot my video camera…  That’s what I left in the girl’s bathroom. First on the floor, but I changed my mind since a huge frog always looks more impressive… inside the toilet (lid closed for the surprise effect):

After lunch there will be this email being sent to everyone (from my boss, for credibility reasons):

Hi everyone.

Due to the new regulatory Swiss laws mandatory from the 14th of next month and with the (supposed) purpose of Health statistics. All employees need to log time spent on bathroom and we need to keep a database log of that. This tool will be within the next days added to the Intranet:

To use it you just need to click the appropriate button before leaving your desk and then the “ STOP TIMER” button when you are back. If you chose the second button, you also will be prompt to enter a number from 1 to  7 that you can easily find using Dr. McKeith’s chart available here (we recommend you to print):
